Fall Swim League

With the HCA Rollingwood Fall program at Western Hills Athletic Club, we want to continue the fun and excitement of Summer League throughout the entire school year! This program gives your child the ability to reap the benefits of year-round swimming while building on skills from the summer, or even getting a chance to be on their first team!

We’ll practice regularly and compete against the same teams from our summer league with the Clubs of Austin Swim League. Practices will be led by experienced coaches who will emphasize fundamental swim technique while maintaining an emphasis on fun. While working on improving the four basic strokes and building endurance, swimmers will also be taught about the values of good sportsmanship and how swimming is not just an individual sport, but a team sport.

This program is ideal for swimmers who want a low-intensity swim experience with a flexible schedule, as well as swimmers who may aspire to join their high school program or even swim USA club swimming one day. In fact, we see this as a great stepping stone to Hill Country Aquatics, our new USA Swimming club that will train at the new St. Stephen's Aquatics Center indoor 50-meter pool.

Important Upcoming Dates

Here are our updated dates for the start of our Rollingwood fall league!

• Registration opens August 30

• Tryouts are Saturday, August 30, from 3-4:30 PM

• Parent meeting on Thursday, September 4, from 5-6 PM

We plan for the first day of practice to be September 15 and will continue to keep everyone updated on that timeline. We realize this is a later start than we would all like, but it will be worth the wait.
