Registration

Once registration is complete, swimmers will be placed in groups, and the billing cycle will begin September 1, 2025. A confirmation email will follow, and you will be notified of your swimmer’s group placement.

The annual registration fee is $200 per swimmer. Each swimmer will receive two HCA caps, three T-shirts, fun team stickers, and an HCA tote.

1. Click “Add to Cart” once for EACH swimmer (ie. if you have two swimmers, you should have two items in your cart)

2. Click on “My Shopping Cart”

3. Click “Check Out Now”

If you have an existing SportsEngine account, use the same email/password to log in. If you do not have a SportEngine, you will need to create one.

When filling out your account information, please select “Monthly” or “Annual” payment type. The default selection is “Annual.”

Discounts:

We offer a discount on monthly dues to families with multiple swimmers as follows: 20% off dues for the third swimmer and 10% off for each additional swimmer. Further, the registration fee will be charged only for the first and second swimmers and will be waived for all additional siblings.

We also offer a 10% discount on dues for the annual payment option. If you choose this option, please note there are no refunds.
