How to join HCA

Thank you for your interest in HCA. Registration will start on August 7, 2025 and the first day of practice for HCA will be August 20, 2025. Each swimmer must be assigned a Practice Group before completing Registration. Please follow the instructions below to begin the Practice Group evaluation and assignment process.

For existing USA Swimming members

Note that HCA is a competitive swim team and is not a learn-to-swim program. At a minimum, swimmers must be proficient in all four strokes.
